Responsibilities
- Lead software architecture for radar sensors to meet functional safety, cybersecurity, and automotive standards.
- Lead AUTOSAR OS bring-up and configuration, BSW and MCAL work, and CAN/Ethernet communication stack development and integration.
- Lead CPU optimization, memory layout, and interface design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical development problems.
- Assist developers with code and design reviews.
- Work in an Agile software development environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- 14+ years of embedded or real-time software development experience, preferably in the automotive domain.
- Experience in embedded software architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, OS bring-up and configuration, and CAN/Ethernet communication stacks.
- Experience with ISO 26262 safety standards and implementation.
- Strong embedded C/C++ programming experience.
- Preferred: experience with memory management, memory optimization, performance measurement, and tuning.
- Preferred: embedded development experience in radar or other perception-based systems.
- Preferred: cybersecurity experience and ASPICE experience.
