Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems.
- Implement APIs and microservices.
- Integrate databases and external systems with backend systems.
- Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and troubleshoot problems.
- Take ownership of work and question existing approaches when appropriate.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Python and FastAPI.
- Strong experience developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Deep knowledge of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous or event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainable software design.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing and evolving company.
