Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
Serve as the technical authority and accountable owner for solution quality, scalability, supportability, and production success.
Define and govern customization, extension, Azure integration, environment, release, and deployment strategies.
Establish ALM and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control, release governance, rollback strategies, and safe production promotion.
Translate finance, supply chain, warehouse, and customer engagement requirements into scalable technical designs.
Design solutions for testing, monitoring, alerting, failure visibility, operability, and long-term maintainability.
Review, prototype, assess, troubleshoot, and govern custom code and enterprise integration patterns.
Use Dynamics Lifecycle Services for monitoring, release governance, and production support.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Finance & Supply Chain workloads and multiple full-cycle Dynamics implementations.
Proven ownership of Dynamics 365 solution design, implementation, deployment, adoption, and production outcomes.
Hands-on knowledge of X++, .NET/C#, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, extension models, and customization limits.
Experience designing, defending, and troubleshooting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Dataverse/Dual-write.
Experience with data migration, cross-environment data flows, Azure governance, ALM, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environment strategies.
Experience using Dynamics Lifecycle Services for monitoring, release governance, and production support.
Understanding of finance, supply chain, warehouse operations, and customer engagement processes including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
Knowledge of testing strategies, edge cases, integration testing, monitoring, alerting, failure visibility, rollback strategies, and deployment cadence.
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include Microsoft MB-700 certification and experience with large-scale or enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations.
