Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java code, frameworks, and tools for Shift-Left test automation.
- Build new features and enhancements using Java, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Debug complex software issues and improve application performance through code improvements and refactoring.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, test managers, release managers, configuration specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Own and maintain specific components of automation frameworks and tools.
- Contribute to collaborative development efforts and continuous improvement in an agile environment.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development and associated frameworks.
- Experience with REST APIs and message-based systems such as XML and JSON.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Preferred experience includes Avaloq Banking System, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Jest, Gatlin, LoadRunner, JMeter, Oracle database architecture, automated testing in CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, OCI, AWS, Azure, and open-source development tools.
