Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and workflow-based systems.
- Design reliability-focused test coverage across insurance workflows.
- Strengthen end-to-end testing to ensure consistent system behavior.
- Identify and validate edge cases, failure paths, and system inconsistencies.
- Improve regression testing coverage to reduce recurring defects.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure feature reliability.
- Track, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Support manual testing where automation coverage is incomplete.
- Enhance QA processes, testing standards, and product quality practices.
- Continuously improve system reliability through better test design.
Requirements
- Experience in QA automation, test engineering, or software quality assurance.
- Strong focus on product reliability, regression testing, and system validation.
- Ability to build automated tests for web and backend workflow systems.
- Good understanding of API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying edge cases and inconsistencies.
- Clear communication skills for reporting bugs and system issues.
- Experience working closely with engineers, product, and operations teams.
- Strong ownership mindset toward product quality and reliability.
- Practical, structured, and disciplined approach to QA work.
