Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through detailed evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design and program software applications while aligning application architecture with the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze business and technology issues, define problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- 6–8 years of Java experience.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of application development.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- GenAI or Agentic AI experience is highly preferred.
