Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify user behavior patterns.
- Design and implement efficient machine learning models and systems.
- Contribute to the optimization of recommendation systems for personalized user experiences.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to present data insights and recommendations.
- Build and fine-tune large language models and hybrid systems.
Requirements
- Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building large scale machine learning systems.
- Experience with large language models and retrieval augmented generation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow.
- Track record of publications in peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Knowledge of distributed training techniques and efficiency at scale.
