Responsibilities
- Lead and technically coordinate embedded software development teams.
- Plan, track, and coordinate software releases.
- Supervise software development and compliance with technical requirements.
- Manage and monitor code repositories.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and validation.
- Coordinate with other engineering areas and support production.
- Participate in and support software audits.
- Track compliance with automotive processes and standards.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in embedded software development within the automotive sector.
- Previous experience as a Technical Leader, Software Leader, Senior Embedded Software Engineer, or similar.
- Strong experience with C/C++.
- Experience with 16/32-bit microcontrollers, AUTOSAR, CAN, LIN, SPI, and I2C.
- Experience working with state machines and knowledge of Simulink, Stateflow, and automatic code generation.
- Experience with CANoe, Git or SVN, Jira, and DOORS.
- Knowledge of continuous integration with Jenkins.
- Experience with software quality and testing tools including Polyspace, QAC, and Tessy.
- Experience or knowledge of Automotive SPICE/ASPICE, ISO 26262 functional safety, and ISO 21434 cybersecurity.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
