Base Salary
$208k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team.
- Develop and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Create account, territory, technical resource, and capacity plans aligned with customer and business goals.
- Assign pre-sales resources, monitor customer-focused resource requests, and track team metrics and progress against business plans.
- Lead technical account strategies, partner identification, customer communications, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and business units to prioritize opportunities, analyze trends, and course-correct plans.
- Improve customer experience, satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team performance.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in technical sales or Solutions Engineering roles collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams.
- Leadership or team lead experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced understanding of internetworking industry trends, products, solutions, and trade-offs between Cisco and competitor products.
- Experience with account and resource planning, business economics, industry trends, talent development, and building team capabilities.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to the Indianapolis or Cincinnati area.

- Starting salary range of $208,200 to $264,400, with additional location-specific ranges provided for certain states.
