Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile software delivery activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and other low-code applications.
- Explore Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI services, generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Support solution development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, research, administration, and platform governance.
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and participate in solution demonstrations.
- Research Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure capabilities for client and internal solutions.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, solution diagrams, demonstrations, and client-facing materials.
- Collaborate on a team-based technology project and present its solution, technical approach, lessons learned, and business value to company leadership.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, or another technology-related field.
- Demonstrate interest in Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, application development, automation, data, or artificial intelligence.
- Have familiarity with one or more of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Have exposure to application development, scripting, low-code development, data analysis, or automation through coursework, internships, projects, or independent learning.
- Have coursework or hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or PowerShell.
- Show interest in generative AI, AI-assisted development, intelligent agents, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively, take ownership of tasks, and learn through hands-on experimentation.
- Be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a public trust clearance or higher as required.
- Be able to commute to the Reston, Virginia office at least two days per week; rising senior status is strongly preferred.
