Base Salary

$140k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Present and demonstrate AvePoint solutions to business and technical audiences.
Facilitate solution discovery, solution overview, and technical deep-dive sessions with customers.
Build customer-specific proof-of-concept environments to demonstrate product capabilities.
Contribute to RFI and RFP proposals addressing customer business objections.
Represent customer requirements to product management and contribute to product improvements.
Build relationships with customer business and technical advocates to support long-term solution adoption.
Develop customers’ buying vision around reducing costs and increasing business agility.
Support marketing through product demonstrations, workshops, and white papers.

Proven success in customer-facing pre-sales roles proposing software solutions across customer organizations.
5–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
Ability to engage IT stakeholders and address interoperability and differentiation concerns involving enterprise systems.
Strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a sales-oriented approach to facilitating deal closure.
Strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences of varying sizes and levels.
Ability to understand and organize complex business and technical requirements and learn client industries and application scenarios.
Ability to travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Azure Fundamentals certification is preferred, with support available to obtain certification.
