Responsibilities
- Work across multiple customer-facing teams to improve product vision.
- Serve as a technical solutions expert, advising and troubleshooting for clients.
- Gather requirements and lead the solution design process with customers.
- Develop capabilities and features based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback.
- Accelerate development for roadmap features addressing customer needs.
- Contribute to Workato’s knowledge base to improve internal processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experience to clients.
Requirements
- Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical background with understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Working knowledge of APIs (RESTful, etc.).
- Familiarity with data structures (JSON, XML, etc.).
- Experience with any RDBMS.
- Previous coding experience or development background required.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent enablement skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Fast learner with the ability to conduct research independently.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
