Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for pricing intelligence and booking compliance.
- Create tooling and secure AI infrastructure for internal logistics data exposure.
- Navigate agent patterns and prompt engineering to solve complex problems.
- Build and launch products rapidly, shipping to production multiple times daily.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner with the Engineering Manager to define the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience with agent patterns, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and building reliable AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve high-leverage automation problems.
- Proven track record in building data-heavy applications with a focus on user interaction.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams or systems.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on simplicity and testability.
