Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in meetings with senior management as a subject matter expert.
- Translate high-level concepts into technical language for implementation.
- Create assessments and application health checks to support solution design.
- Mentor junior resources and assist in recruitment efforts.
- Drive customer success by adapting to various roles as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or architecture experience in life sciences.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM and exposure to other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Self-starter capable of leading through complexity.
