Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality.
- Set development standards and continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommend suitable architectures and design patterns.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business needs and addressing complex technical challenges.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and evaluating software architecture and design patterns.
- 15 years of full-time education.
