Responsibilities
- Rapidly design, build, and deploy AI/ML prototypes and technical demonstrations for Intelligence Community mission use cases.
- Develop models and applications involving GenAI/LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Operationalize prototypes in secure multi-tenant cloud environments, air-gapped networks, and SCIF settings.
- Build automated pipelines, containerize applications, and support compliance with federal software assurance and security standards.
- Coordinate technical execution and delivery timelines across multiple active programs and Project Managers.
- Conduct live technical demonstrations and maintain reusable codebases and architectural documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 9+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required, or the ability to immediately upgrade from TS if SCI was held within the last three years.
- Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices including Git, unit testing, and clean code architecture.
- Hands-on experience developing machine learning models with PyTorch or TensorFlow and handling structured and unstructured data.
- Preferred experience deploying AI/ML models in secure multi-tenant cloud environments or air-gapped networks.
- Preferred familiarity with MLOps and orchestration platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Apache Airflow, or Triton Inference Server.
- Preferred experience using Streamlit or Gradio to build interactive demonstration interfaces and familiarity with Intelligence Community missions.
