
Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle, including coding, architecture, testing, deployment, security, privacy, quality assurance, and performance practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, code generation, intelligent testing, automated documentation, code review, refactoring, and vulnerability detection.
- Design, develop, and maintain Playwright- and Selenium-based UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks using Java or TypeScript.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy.
- Mentor junior developers on engineering fundamentals and AI-augmented development practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, operations, security, and other teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10–14 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Extensive full-stack development experience with Angular, React, Vue, Java, and Spring Framework.
- Experience building Playwright- or Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and release management practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Windsurf or equivalent tools.
- Proven leadership experience in software development projects within financial services is a plus.
- Experience with Camunda BPMN Workflow is a nice-to-have qualification.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and Agile working skills.
- Hands-on coding experience is required.
