Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-quality web-based tools for internal use.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze internal needs.
Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for internal applications.
Integrate new tools with existing systems and conduct thorough testing.
Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and training.
Monitor the performance of internal tools and address issues.
Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights for improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation for all developed tools.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align tools with business strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
4-5+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in programming languages for web development, such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Strong understanding of web technologies and protocols, including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Docker, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Sketch or Figma.
Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of web application security practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
