Base Salary

$184k - $357k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SoC software, validation solutions, and test frameworks spanning user space, kernels, firmware, and SoC boot software.
  • Develop reliability software to accelerate validation from virtual prototypes and first silicon through production deployment and failure resolution.
  • Improve software used for design validation, thermal and power characterization, manufacturing screening, and customer platform bring-up.
  • Investigate and resolve complex failures across hardware and software boundaries through root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver computing platforms for AI, HPC, data centers, autonomous systems, and space-based computing.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong C and C++ programming skills, including object-oriented design and development.
  • Experience with low-level systems software, device drivers, firmware, or hardware-facing programming.
  • Strong understanding of processor architecture fundamentals, preferably ARM.
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to lead technically complex initiatives.
  • Preferred qualifications include Linux kernel internals expertise, ARM-based platform experience, data-center or mission-critical systems experience, pre-silicon or post-silicon bring-up experience, large-scale software project experience, and applying AI, automation, or data-driven techniques to validation and reliability.

Benefits

  • Base salary ranges from 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and from 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, depending on location and experience.
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
