Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver full-stack solutions in TypeScript (React + NestJS).
- Lead projects from concept to deployment, balancing speed and scalability.
- Write thoughtful tests and maintain a high-quality codebase using tools like React Testing Library and Playwright.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a healthy, collaborative team culture.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and product ideation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, and operations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a software engineer, working in a modern Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language.
- Strong track record of shipping well-tested, user-facing features in fast-paced product environments.
- Effective collaborator who communicates clearly and enjoys mentoring teammates.
- Strong problem-solver who can navigate edge cases and design scalable systems.
- Takes ownership of work and values clarity in code and communication.
