Base Salary
$190k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
- Lead projects from concept through deployment while balancing speed and scalability.
- Write tests and maintain code quality using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and product ideation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations partners.
- Use agentic software development workflows in an AI-centric development environment.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience using a modern object-oriented programming language.
- A strong track record of shipping well-tested, user-facing features in fast-paced product environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, system design, ownership, and communication abilities.
- Experience collaborating effectively with and mentoring teammates.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging agentic software development workflows.
