Base Salary
$182k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize communication protocols and schemas.
- Stress-test network systems to identify operating limits.
- Improve network deployment and tuning techniques.
- Build tools to view, diagnose, and iterate on network configuration and operation.
- Create tools to extract and visualize data from vehicle logs.
- Analyze network performance using RF, Wi-Fi, and cellular technologies.
- Debug software across complex hardware, software, and real-world systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Python, C++, Git, and Linux.
- Familiarity with common networking utilities.
- Experience deploying and optimizing RF.
- Ability to create and debug maintainable, scalable software systems with good diagnostics.
- A strong portfolio of networking-related projects.
- Ability to handle ambiguous problems and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
