Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform.
- Assist with solution design and configuration for specific customer use cases.
- Participate in customer interactions and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Help document solutions, best practices, and internal processes.
- Relay observations and feedback from customer engagements to Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that improve team operations and collaboration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic coding skills or comfort with scripting; familiarity with SQL or REST APIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Competency with AI tools for tasks like drafting, research, and automation.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% out of term time).
- First experience in manufacturing is a plus.
