Responsibilities
- Design high-performing Java-based services in a complex system landscape.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement modern solutions based on Spring Boot.
- Contribute to the new technology stack while maintaining the existing legacy system.
- Accompany software projects from draft through production operation.
- Document software architectures and transfer technical knowledge.
- Coach and develop more junior team members.
- Participate in software architecture, code, and design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree.
- At least 8 years of proven professional experience in software development.
- Strong Java skills and knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Strong database knowledge and SQL skills.
- Experience with Git and Maven and building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerized applications, including Kubernetes or Docker.
- Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and willingness to stay current with emerging developments.
- Good knowledge of English.
