Responsibilities
- Assist with eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, prioritizing, and maintaining requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Design, code, verify, test, document, amend, and refactor applications, components, integrations, automations, programs, and scripts.
- Contribute to AI-enabled solutions, prompts, agents, intelligent automations, and AI-assisted engineering practices under senior guidance.
- Define and execute test cases, analyze test and integration results, support test automation, and escalate defects, risks, and failures.
- Produce software builds and support system integration, deployment, release, environment validation, early-life support, application maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Apply security controls, data protection requirements, risk and vulnerability assessment practices, incident procedures, and organizational compliance policies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, data teams, security teams, and external partners to deliver technology and process-improvement outcomes.
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in software engineering, application development, or a relevant technical area.
- Experience with at least one programming language and relevant software development tools or frameworks.
- Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, testing, integration, release, application support, and Agile delivery practices.
- Ability to analyze defined problems, document requirements and technical information, and deliver assigned work with appropriate guidance.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficient spoken and written English.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise application, integration, automation, digital product, Generative AI, copilot, agent development, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, SPEC coding, responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, API, database, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, system integration, user-story, technical documentation, solution-design, stakeholder collaboration, or technology consulting experience.
