Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end experiments from ideation to analysis.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to scope experiments.
- Build and ship product improvements rapidly.
- Measure the impact of experiments and iterate based on data.
- Work cross-functionally to turn insights into actionable product changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development.
- Ability to design, run, and analyze experiments quickly.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor.
