Base Salary
$156k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship applications that enhance Vanta's go-to-market efforts.
- Own the full product lifecycle from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations to identify user needs.
- Apply AI and modern technologies to automate GTM workflows.
- Design and maintain internal-facing web applications and AI-driven agents.
- Ensure reliability and maintainability of systems with proper documentation and testing.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies with a build vs. buy perspective.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack applications.
- Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with web frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of AI applications in business workflows.
- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly from prototype to production.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience with GTM systems or modern data stack tools is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
