Base Salary
$195k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ideate and build products that improve business generation, prospect and customer interactions, and existing customer relationships.
- Own the full product lifecycle from prototyping and iteration through production deployment and maintenance.
- Partner with the CRO and executive leadership to develop and execute AI-focused GTM strategies.
- Apply AI and modern technologies to systematize and automate GTM workflows, including agentic subject-matter experts and sellers.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and AI-driven agents using Python, TypeScript, SQL, and related frameworks and APIs.
- Deliver reliable systems with technical documentation, monitoring, testing frameworks, adoption support, and observability.
- Translate customer-facing learnings into feedback for product and research teams.
- Evaluate AI platforms, orchestration tools, and other technologies using build-versus-buy analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on building and shipping full-stack applications.
- Experience building products from the ground up, navigating ambiguity, and owning outcomes in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience applying AI and automation to business workflows; LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation experience is a strong plus.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and other non-technical stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- A product mindset focused on user experience, business impact, and adoption.
- Ability to move quickly from prototype to production, make effective tradeoffs, and ship incrementally.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Workato, n8n, Snowflake, or dbt is a plus.
