Base Salary

$87k - $157k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
  • Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications using APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
  • Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience working as an architect designing, enhancing, and supporting Smartsheet solutions, with additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Hands-on experience building and enhancing Smartsheet solutions.
  • Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, middleware, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • SAP integration experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Dynamic View, or Bridge is a plus.
  • Experience in utilities or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 access eligibility and documentation requirements.

Benefits

  • Potential 3-month engagement.
  • Rate of $60-65 per hour.
  • Candidates local to Newark, NJ must work onsite at the client’s office three days per week; East Coast candidates may be considered if able to travel to New Jersey.
