Base Salary

$180k - $248k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect production-level AI tooling deployments that meet security and data integration requirements.
  • Build and maintain internal AI tooling infrastructure for demos and production workflows.
  • Establish consistency in the AI tooling stack by defining standards and best practices.
  • Build context management infrastructure for agent networks to ensure AI agents have timely access to information.
  • Design and implement system integrations for secure and reliable data flows.
  • Develop internal applications to enhance Field Engineering workflows and customer engagement.
  • Track adoption metrics and tooling effectiveness through dashboards and data-driven insights.
  • Manage AI tooling infrastructure and oversee cloud costs and capacity issues.
  • Partner with Scale and Technical Enablement teams to create documentation and training materials.
  • Support Solution Architects with custom proof of concept environments and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role with expertise in cloud platforms and architecture.
  • Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted development platforms.
  • Knowledge of context management and agent networks, including vector databases and knowledge base systems.
  • Proficiency in application development using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or similar stacks.
  • Experience with metrics and analytics, including instrumentation and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with system integration and data pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript is highly desirable.
  • Experience with modern web application frameworks and AI platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 6 months of hire.
