Base Salary
$171k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and scale backend systems for consumer-facing products
- Build and refine APIs that deliver instant user experiences
- Collaborate with product, credit, finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and roadmap planning
- Improve code quality, security, and operational excellence
- Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience, with flexibility for candidates who are close to the requirement
- Experience with .NET and C# or similar frameworks
- Experience scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes
- Ability to use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Augment, or Factory effectively
- Collaborative problem-solving skills and a commitment to inclusion, feedback, and continuous learning
