
Senior Specialist - Treasury AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build and scale cloud-native data and AI platforms and AI agents on GCP.
- Enable Treasury analysts through LLMs, vector search, AI agents, and BI tooling.
- Build, deploy, and operate AI agents and multi-agent systems for production workflows.
- Partner with analysts to productionize AI-assisted research, analysis, and reporting.
- Architect, build, and operate cloud-native platforms for data, analytics, AI, and BI services.
- Design and maintain modern data pipelines, data models, services, APIs, and analytical systems.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging open-source AI and data tooling.
- Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, observable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software, data, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience building and scaling AI agents, including agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and tool-use patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and production operations.
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and AI development.
- Preferred: proficiency with Terraform and collaborative Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
- Preferred: experience evaluating, adopting, and contributing to open-source data and AI tooling.
- Preferred: background in data engineering and building data systems.
- Preferred: exposure to Looker, Tableau, or similar BI and analytics platforms.
- Preferred: understanding of Treasury functions including risk, liquidity, capital, and funding.
- Preferred: working knowledge of dbt, dlt, DuckDB, vector search, embeddings, LLM-based systems, and agentic AI frameworks.
