Responsibilities
- Analyze Android application features, logs, metrics, and crash reports to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Document technical findings, recommendations, architecture, configurations, and operational procedures for product and engineering partners.
- Collaborate with Android developers and cross-functional stakeholders to refine designs and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate Android enhancements with digital billing, payments, revenue capture, subscription growth, and customer-retention objectives.
- Evaluate development workflows and recommend improvements to code quality, release stability, observability, resilience, and scalability.
- Define testing and validation scenarios covering compatibility, security, maintainability, and supported devices.
- Provide status updates and risk assessments during day shifts and support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Promote adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards in Android development and analysis work.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience interpreting technical and business data and improving Android solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Android developer tools and Android platforms, including debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of billing and revenue-management concepts, including invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition, is valued.
- Experience with structured testing, validation, and issue tracking for Android solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills suitable for hybrid and asynchronous collaboration.
- Preferred certification includes Google Associate Android Developer or equivalent industry validation.
