Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery across the development lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize Boomi AtomSphere integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, influencing, and advisory support across multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and develop solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to promote professional growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Boomi AtomSphere Integration.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere Integration.
- Experience managing and optimizing integration workflows for seamless data exchange across systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and resolve them effectively.
- Knowledge of integration architecture best practices, including scalability and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
