Base Salary
$42k - $84k/yr
Responsibilities
- Convert algorithm definitions and prototypes into software applications.
- Learn radar phenomenology and implement related algorithms.
- Collaborate with developers through code reviews and technical exchanges.
- Build and improve automated test and verification software and tools.
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code according to coding standards.
- Participate in planning, requirements development, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Modernize legacy code and integrate it into existing software stacks under technical mentorship.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Currently working toward a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field.
- Programming skills in C++, Java, Rust, CUDA, or Python.
- Interest in learning remote sensing technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and complete software development tasks independently.
- Preferred qualifications include an additional programming language, Linux or cloud development experience, AWS familiarity, radar or electro-optical knowledge, digital signal processing experience, Jira experience, and experience implementing algorithms in software.
