Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute Solution Train events for the customer.
- Collaborate with System Architects/Engineering and Release Train Engineers to integrate capabilities into the solution.
- Lead technical and programmatic interchanges and identify, mitigate, and resolve dependencies.
- Align interfaces, milestones, and deliveries across teams and partners.
- Serve as an impartial escalation point for systemic and cross-team challenges.
- Oversee and facilitate continuous integration, testing, and deployment across participating programs.
- Engage across offices and acquisition programs to understand delivery challenges.
- Facilitate discussions on priorities, risks, and value delivery with stakeholders from team members through executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related discipline with 14 or more years of experience, or a master’s degree with 12 or more years of experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Knowledge of agile systems engineering applied to Multi-INT ground architecture.
- Technical proficiency with ISR ground systems, including data processing, mission management, data management, and IA/cyber hardening.
- Strong engineering background with knowledge of agile software development practices and cloud computing architectures.
- Experience applying strategic planning, systems thinking, and communication skills to drive program deliveries.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Confluence, and JIRA.
