Responsibilities
- Define project standards, patterns, processes, and tools to ensure code quality.
- Lead development and configuration of new solution features with the team.
- Conduct code reviews and prepare technical documentation.
- Manage testing and integration activities.
- Supervise and support development teams and mentor junior profiles.
- Participate in internal recruiting and Capgemini technical and social communities.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes, analyze data, and support client decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Strong backend expertise in Java and its ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
- Strong frontend expertise in React and/or Angular.
- Interest in client interactions.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strongly preferred: knowledge of generative AI technologies such as LLMs and automated content-creation tools, and/or agentic systems.
