Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement patient intake workflows covering medical forms, appointment scheduling, and reminders.
- Architect systems that monitor patients throughout their imaging journey at scale.
- Develop dashboards for scheduling operations, legal operations, and patient services teams.
- Own automation for referral ingestion, task assignment, AI voice reminder calls, and operational issue detection.
- Build reliable, scalable services and collaborate with internal operations teams to improve high-throughput workflows.
Requirements
- Experience shipping complex internal operations dashboards and creating efficient user experiences.
- Proficiency in backend development with modern web stacks, particularly Ruby on Rails and Postgres.
- Experience building reliable, scalable services with strong architectural rigor.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration, schema versioning, backward compatibility, and API contract management.
- Strong operational instincts, including instrumentation, failure-mode analysis, and using on-call escalations to identify systemic gaps.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.
