Responsibilities
- Build reliable systems that integrate large language models and AI agents into products.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React, TypeScript, Redux, and related technologies.
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, MongoDB, Redis, and search or analytics engines.
- Build responsive user interfaces and implement RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Develop production-grade LLM applications using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Improve engineering and product capabilities through AI development tools, intelligent code assistance, automation, and platforms such as Copilot.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow testing and development best practices.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Collaborate with product teams, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to complex application and system architectures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and take ownership of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents with LLMs, including RAG and model tuning.
- Proficiency with GPTs, Llama, or other LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Expertise with React.js and TypeScript; Redux and Next.js experience is a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search and analytics engines.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing, including xUnit, Jest, and Mog.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, SignalR, microservices architecture, Blazor, Angular, Terraform, Bicep, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS, Azure, or on-premises data centers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independence, and ownership skills.
