Responsibilities
- Define and implement software factory architecture for automotive software integration.
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development for embedded platforms including AUTOSAR, Android Automotive, QNX, and Linux.
- Manage software configuration, versioning, and release workflows across multiple vehicle programs.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with software architects, DevOps, validation, and cybersecurity teams.
- Ensure alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 standards.
- Coordinate integration strategies with Tier-1 suppliers, tool vendors, and OEMs.
- Monitor pipeline performance, stability, and scalability across distributed teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote software integration and delivery best practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in automotive ECU software.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computers, electronics, or a related stream.
- Strong experience in automotive software integration and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Git, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with Yocto, CMake, Bazel, Artifactory, and Nexus.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, Android Automotive, QNX, and Linux.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, performance optimization, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
