Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test new features and RESTful APIs for the Leaf Business customer portal and billing platform.
Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements definition through deployment.
Develop backend services, business logic, and integrations with commercial and internal systems.
Build and maintain Vue.js frontend applications for operational and commercial workflows.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Integrate third-party services through APIs and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and reliability concerns.
Optimize system performance, propose improvements, and maintain technical documentation.
Use GitLab for version control, collaboration, and code reviews.
Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience, preferably with a strong backend focus.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Experience with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Solid understanding of API design and integration.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments such as GCP.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, system integration, and microservices architectures.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical software development experience.
Telecommunications experience, UI/UX design skills, and experience with event-driven architectures or message brokers such as RabbitMQ are nice to have.
Strong ownership, autonomy, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
