Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance and scalable cloud systems and services.
Coordinate with service development, product management, and support teams for service scalability and availability.
Work on advanced security features for customer use.
Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Evaluate open source technologies and contribute to the community.

8+ years of relevant industry experience.
Solid programming skills in C, C++, Python, and Typescript.
Experience with data structures for scaling and performance.
Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, and VPN.
Experience with traffic analysis tools such as Tcpdump and Wireshark.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like C++ gtest and pytest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus points for experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, SQL, NoSQL, CI/CD, and Jenkins.
