Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of projects for Atlas Search scalability.
- Collaborate with a team to make sound technical decisions.
- Lead projects and own subsystems.
- Provide input on the team’s roadmap and system architecture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Experience with distributed systems and multithreaded applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern statically typed programming language, with a preference for Java.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership over work.
