Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Implement orchestration, tool calls, grounding, permissions, observability, automated evaluation, and program-intelligence workflows.
  • Build and maintain working agents, integrations, evaluation results, and operations dashboards.
  • Support program leadership by reducing decision and communication latency while keeping outputs grounded in controlled data.
  • Document assumptions, interfaces, decisions, risks, and verification needs in configuration-controlled engineering records.
  • Communicate status, unresolved issues, and recommended actions in technical and program reviews.
  • Coordinate with Applied AI, Digital Engineering, Program, BETA OS, and IT/Cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, machine learning, or a related technical field.
  • Three or more years of relevant engineering or complex-product experience.
  • Experience with requirements, interfaces, architecture, configuration, verification, or multidisciplinary product integration.
  • Ability to maintain traceable technical information and drive cross-functional actions to closure.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft development, safety, configuration control, and design-review practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical assumptions, limitations, risks, and recommendations clearly across disciplines.
  • Must be a US Person to be considered.
  • Preferred experience includes applied AI, optimization, agents, digital threads, engineering software, regulated or safety-critical environments, API-based engineering-tool integration, controlled data pipelines, model evaluation, observability, security, data rights, or human-in-the-loop approval workflows.

Benefits

  • $120,000–$145,000 USD compensation range, plus Restricted Stock Units and Performance Stock Units for full-time team members.

  • The role includes regular work in office, laboratory, manufacturing, hangar, aircraft, and test environments, occasional travel or nonstandard test hours, and required personal protective equipment.
