Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundations with experience in backend services.
- Proven expertise in testing and quality at scale.
- Experience in designing platform tooling or shared systems.
- Ability to influence technical direction without formal authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving problem spaces.
- Track record of improving developer experience and delivery outcomes.
