Responsibilities

  • Drive operational security activities, including vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve security-related processes.
  • Coordinate security activities across development teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to security requirements, architecture reviews, and technical decisions.
  • Plan and follow up on security testing and verification activities.
  • Own security documentation and support customer dialogues related to security.
  • Build security competence through coaching, training, and awareness initiatives.
  • Contribute to compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act, ISO 27001, and other relevant security standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience with cybersecurity for software products, including using AI for analysis, automation, or secure software development.
  • Experience with software development and security testing, including encryption, authentication, and secure communications.
  • Experience with secure development practices, vulnerability management, incident management, and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Strong professional integrity, passion for security, and the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
  • Effective communication and the ability to influence others without necessarily having formal line-management responsibility.
  • Ability to build networks and foster understanding and engagement around security across disciplines.
