Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automotive SoC middleware modules, including DDS, SOME/IP, and CAN/LIN communication modules.
- Develop or adapt middleware for Linux, QNX, and VxWorks platforms to support cross-platform compatibility for imaging, audio, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
- Optimize POSIX implementations and design hardware and operating-system abstraction layers to improve software portability.
- Address system-level issues involving sensor fusion, real-time performance, memory management, and inter-process communication.
- Develop automotive communication protocol stacks, including CAN FD and Ethernet TSN, and adapt PCIe, MIPI, NPU, and GPU interfaces.
- Port and optimize Linux character-device and network-device drivers and debug SPI, I2C, and UART peripherals.
- Optimize boot speed and power management and implement functional-safety, EMC/EMI, OTA, and FOTA capabilities.
- Support system stability, data security, and integration of automotive middleware with autonomous-driving systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electronic engineering, communication engineering, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience designing and developing middleware modules or hypervisor architectures on Linux, QNX, or VxWorks.
- Experience developing mass-produced intelligent-driving or cockpit domain controllers.
- Proficiency in C and C++, including familiarity with C++14 and C++17 standards.
- Familiarity with DDS, SOME/IP, CyberRT, and related communication middleware and algorithm design.
- Familiarity with monolithic and microkernel operating-system development and debugging tools.
- Experience using stress-ng, fio, and iperf3 for testing.
- Knowledge of TCP, UDP, and ICMP network protocols.
- Understanding of AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262.
- Understanding of edge-AI inference optimization using technologies such as TensorFlow Lite and ONNX Runtime.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and fluent spoken and written English.
