Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-volume, real-time AI Agent platform for conversational workflows.
- Design and implement APIs, services, and infrastructure supporting multi-turn, cross-channel interactions across voice, SMS, and chat.
- Own architecture, implementation, deployment, reliability, observability, and monitoring across the software lifecycle.
- Prototype and iterate using live interaction data to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and AI/ML scientists to deliver end-to-end features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Python, or Elixir.
- At least 1 year of professional experience deploying and maintaining production AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, or real-world workflows.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining distributed or high-throughput systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability, comfort with ambiguity, excellent communication, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to work across infrastructure, APIs, and user-facing components in a fast-paced environment.
