Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems in FDPS.
- Build systems that apply AI/ML and LLM technologies to prevent fraud with sub-second latencies.
- Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
- Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions and prioritize effectively.
- Write code to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.
- Identify business and tech opportunities and evaluate new technologies.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier engineering talent.
Requirements
- At least 15+ years in software development with a strong record of delivering impactful, large-scale systems.
- 7+ years of experience building and operating backend services and AI/ML inference architectures.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.
- Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework with a focus on object-oriented design.
- Experience driving improvements in code quality.
