Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Apply React.js, component-based architecture, and state management techniques to build responsive applications.
- Integrate APIs, manage asynchronous data flows, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Manage and mentor team members, including supporting junior employees' professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Strong understanding of frontend development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with API integration and asynchronous data flows.
- Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
