Responsibilities

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, define requirements, and align solutions with business goals.
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions using the DataRobot platform and open-source tools.
Build agents, GenAI chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and classic machine learning models for use cases such as forecasting, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
Develop and deploy applications, including REST APIs that serve machine learning models and generative AI logic.
Advise customers on MLOps, model governance, secure application development, scaling, monitoring, and production operations.
Serve as a technical expert and communicate complex concepts and project outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer business objectives.

Approximately 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar role, with a record of deploying AI solutions or applications into production.
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
Experience developing and deploying applications, including APIs using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
Understanding of secure application development, authentication and authorization, secrets management, and securing public-facing endpoints.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Client-facing or consulting experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort leading technical discussions and presentations.
Understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
Familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is preferred.
