Responsibilities
- Deconstruct business workflows into machine-readable logic and build RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, taxonomies, and metadata schemas.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize AI solutions integrated with CLM platforms, document repositories, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Embed with client teams for 2–6-week deployments, manage concurrent engagements, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, and deliver demonstrations.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost, and implement safeguards against hallucinations and bias.
- Ensure data privacy, AI governance, compliance, and audit trails while contributing to shared assets and mentoring junior associates.
- Manage technical backlogs using Jira and Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Engineering, Operations, or Product Development.
- Ability to map complex business processes and explain technical AI concepts to business professionals.
- Experience with at least one LLM orchestration framework, one major cloud platform, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
- Preferred experience with AI evaluation and observability tools, CLM or workflow automation platforms, AI governance frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, custom embedding models, and custom evaluation datasets.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and legal professional privilege.
